Contractual partner, conclusion of contract 

The purchase contract is concluded with Jútepal (Einzelunternehmen).

By placing the products in the online shop, we are not submitting a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items, but rather are displaying our goods without obligation. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The order you send to us is the binding offer on your part to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. With the confirmation we therefore declare acceptance of your offer.

 

Statutory right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

Within the EU you have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving a reason. The cancellation period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Jútepal, hello@jutepal.shop) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired. 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within thirty days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than thirteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Terms of delivery

We deliver free of charge within the EU above 100 Euros. Separate tariffs apply to deliveries to all other countries. In this case, please contact our customer service: hello@jutepal.shop. We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible.

Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit card

When you submit your order, you also provide us with your credit card details. After your legitimation as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order has been placed. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.

PayPal

In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, legitimise with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You'll get more information during the ordering process.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment.

Transport damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to lodge a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

Warranties and Guarantees

Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory right to liability for defects applies with the exception of liability in the event of compensation, which is limited under point XI below.

Liability

We are unrestrictedly liable for claims due to damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents

○ for guarantee promises, if expressly agreed,

○ as far as the scope of the product liability law is opened or

○ insofar as liability is compulsorily prescribed by another law.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner can regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence on the part of us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the amount of liability is foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded. The occurrence of limited damage must typically be expected.

In addition, claims for damages are excluded.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

 

Gift Cards

Multiple discount codes cannot be combined for one purchase. Discount codes cannot be used for goods that have already been reduced.
