WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!

 

WHY CAN'T I FIND AN ITEM THAT I'VE SEEN ADVERTISED?

We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however this isn’t always possible – if there is something you see advertised and it isn’t in stock yet please keep your eyes on our website and social media for restock updates as well as new launches!

DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS AND DUTIES CHARGES?

We cover all taxes & duties for countries in the EU only. For any questions regarding countries outside the EU please contact us. For orders outside of the EU, customs charges are outside of Jùtepal's control and are charged at the sole discretion of your local customs office. Due to this, we’re unable to cover or refund any charges you may incur. 

 

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Returns can take up to 10 working days to reach us, once processed by our Returns team, depending on your card issuer your refund will land in your account within 7 working days. If it’s been over 14 working days since you sent your parcel back and you have still not received your refund/exchange, please get in touch with us and attach a picture of your proof of postage receipt, confirm your order number and item(s) you returned. We will get back to you as soon as possible. 

 

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

Our gift cards can be purchased online. To purchase one online you simply add it into your basket like you would a normal product. Once you’ve completed at checkout you will receive an order confirmation with your gift card confirmation within 24 hours. If you have still not received it after this time frame, please contact us with your order number and we will resend your gift card details to you. Your gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Our gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be canceled or returned.

MY DISCOUNT CODE DIDN'T WORK?

Firstly, please check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. Secondly, please check the T&Cs of your code, if the item is on sale or in a certain category the discount may not be valid on this product.

If it’s still not working, please contact us with your discount code and we will be able to advise you further.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?

Yes, you can return items bought with a gift card, however you will be refunded back onto your original Jùtepal gift card.
