• Estimated shipping time is 3 - 6 working days for all shipments within EU 
• Should for some reason the materials needed to make your bag become unavailable you will be notified and given a new window of delivery.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Jútepal bags are small-batch handmade products, and variations in colour, pattern, and size should be expected. We do not accept returns for bags because of these irregularities. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your Jútepal handcrafted bag, you may return your (clean, unworn) bag to our address within 14 days of receipt. You must pay the costs for the return of the goods (in accordance with EU consumer guidelines). Please therefore only send us packages with sufficient postage paid. The reason is that if we always bear return costs, we'd generally have to make the products a little more expensive. To avoid this and to offer all customers the best possible price, we have decided that return costs must be covered by the customer.

Please note that your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the Items will be refunded. Please send us an email to hello@jutepal.shop telling us why you aren't satisfied and we'll provide you with the necessary return details and address.
After receipt of the returned goods, we will check the condition of the item(s). If it passes the quality check, we will refund the purchase price to you straight away.We love feedback, so please let us know if there is anything we could be doing better with our product or service.
